Fees/Insurance

My fee for a 50 minute counseling session is $125. If you have financial concerns I offer some sliding scales slots based on income. I accept UBH, Pacific-Care, United Health Care, Aetna, Magellan, Anthem Blue Cross, and Blue Shield insurance. Many other insurance companies use UBH as their behavioral care provider so you can ask them if I am in your network when you call for your authorization.

All fees are due at the time of your session. I accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. I have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel any appointment with less than 24-hours notice, you are responsible for your full fee as a cancellation fee. If you use insurance, then you are responsible for the full amount your insurance normally reimburses. Insurance companies do not cover missed sessions.
