You keep getting triggered at work or in your relationships. You have tried talk therapy but it feels stuck. You want to get unstuck. Adjunctive EMDR can help you move those stuck parts and then you can return to your therapist to process the changes in your life. You don’t desire an intensive or don’t have the resources to do one. Instead, we develop a short-term plan to address your symptoms. We do that in the format of 60 or 90-minute sessions. The first session is always 90 minutes and from there you can choose the length of your session. We do weekly or more frequent sessions for a short time. I do not work with clients for longer than 6 months and in this model, it is usually about 3 months of work.

Rates for this service are $225 for 60 minutes and $360 for 90 minutes. This service is only provided online. If you want in-person treatment I have some availability for intensive EMDR in my Bucks County office.
